My bespoke wedding stationery is designed to elevate every moment of your occasion, from the moment the Save the Date lands through your loved one’s letterbox to the final Thank You note that you pop in the post. The Blue Pumpkin Calligraphy experience brings you plenty of pockets of magic throughout your planning journey, encompassing everything that means the world to you.

Every element of my bespoke wedding stationery collections is carefully crafted with precision, passion and personality, blending high-quality materials with a hand-finished touch. Working closely together to capture your story, I’ll ensure that your stationery seamlessly aligns with your vision and style.

Working with creative, soulful couples who seek wedding stationery that speaks their story, I love nothing more than incorporating extraordinary elements to your designs. From vintage stamps to personalised monograms, I find the little details hold just as much importance and impact as the invitations themselves.

Alongside my bespoke wedding stationery, you also have the option to include little extras that will further enhance your invitations. From RSVP slips to detail cards, belly bands to hand-dyed ribbons (for an extra dash of luxury), you can find out more about those all-important finishing touches here.

How It Works

Step One - Enquire

Simply fill out my enquiry form or email info@bluepumpkincalligraphy.com and I’ll pop across a questionnaire for you to fill in so I can find out as much about your big day as possible.

Step Two – Consultation

We’ll book in a no-obligation consultation (via zoom) to get to know the finer details, unravel the beauty behind your love story and chat about your wedding dreams.

This is the perfect opportunity to discover how we can make your wedding stationery truly reflect you both as a couple.

Step Three – Quote

I’ll put together a personalised quote based upon our initial discussion. Once you’re happy with the nitty gritty details, I’ll require a 50% non-refundable deposit and we’ll sign the contracts. 

(Please note: I am unable to hold a date unless the deposit has been paid).

Step Four – Design Concept

I’ll create two initial design concepts, including the colour palettes, paper stock and typography etc. Once I’ve received your feedback, I’ll then began your full invitation design before sending you a digital proof.

Three rounds of iterations are included within your fee design. Should you require more or wish to make any last-minute amendments to your proofs, there will be an additional fee of £50 per hour (with a minimum of one hour billable). Once you’re happy with the final design, it’s time to print!

Step Five – Delivery

Your wedding stationery will be beautifully packaged and delivered to your home!

The overall process takes around 8-12 weeks and features a minimum fee of £500. Couples are responsible for ensuring that all wording, spelling and layout on the designs are correct and that all information appears on your design in the correct format.
